Women’s Health Workshop

The Women’s Health Workshop is a detailed 1.5hr workshop performed by myself and Pilates Instructor (PilatesForm). It will benefit ALL women, including post-natal (pre-crawling babies are welcome), pre and post menopausal and post gynaecological surgery.

• Professional advice on your pelvic floor muscles.

• Exercises to aid the prevention and/or management of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

• Advice and practical self-assessment of the rectus diastasis abdominis (tummy gap).

• Top tips to help prevent and/or manage a tummy gap.

• Practical self-assessment of your core abdominal muscles.

• Advice and practical sessions addressing core muscle strengthening, posture correction and return to higher level activities.
