Bookings/Fees

I guarantee that you will find this service to be not only the best around but also priced at the most competitive rate. Your time and money will not be wasted with ineffective treatment and because the treatment approach is grounded in good science you can be assured that your recovery will be as speedy and cost effective as possible.

Appointments are currently available on Tuesdays (8.30am – 5pm), Wednesdays (8am – 9.30pm), Thursdays (8.30am -5pm) and Saturdays (7.30am – 6pm)

Appointment booking

Making an appointment is easy; either email us at info@ehphysio.com stating your preferred day and time of appointment or call 07856 203980. You are welcome to be accompanied by a friend or relative during treatment if you require.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your initial appointment in order to complete a registration form so that no time is wasted during your consultation with form filling.

Please also bring any scans, x-rays or medical reports / letters you may have relevant to your condition to the initial assessment .

Fees

Physiotherapy:
Initial Assessment & Treatment (45 minutes) £50
Follow up Treatment (30 minutes) £45
60 minute treatment sessions are available on request

Report Writing:
Health Insurance Claim Forms, GP/Consultant Letters – FREE OF CHARGE

Cancellation Policy

Please note that our terms and conditions of cancellation are that a discretional 100% cancellation fee will be applied if I do not receive 24 hours notice of cancellation of if you fail to attend an appointment.

Payment methods

I am happy to accept payment by cash, cheque or BACS. Wherever possible we would prefer payment in cash or BACS. Please note I am currently unable to accept credit / debit card payments.

Self funding patients

Physiotherapists at The Lanes Centre are Chartered and Registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) which means that you can self-refer – you do not need to see a doctor or any other health professional first.

Private Medical Insurance patients

EH Physio is recognised by most Private Medical Insurers including BUPA, if you intend to use Private Medical Insurance to fund your treatment, please check the details of your policy to determine whether a doctor’s referral is required prior to starting treatment. If you are claiming through a Private Medical Insurance policy then please bring your details along to the initial assessment or email them to us here info@ehphysio.com. We are happy to invoice your insurer on your behalf providing we have your insurance details before the initial assessment. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims and it is the policy-holders responsibility to check details of any exclusions, cost-share arrangements, benefit limitations or excesses that may apply.
